NIS2 Ready
Informativa sulla privacy
NIS2 Ready è un client iOS sottile. Puoi puntarlo al tuo Mac (i dati restano lì) o a un backend cloud che scegli (HTTPS).
Se usi il cloud, invii note che incolli sullo scope NIS2, per una checklist in bozza. Quei dati servono solo a produrre il risultato in app.
Cosa non succede
- Niente reti pubblicitarie o SDK di analitica di terzi.
- Niente vendita di dati personali.
- Niente addestramento di modelli pubblici sui tuoi invii come funzione di prodotto.
Cosa devi dare per scontato
Quel che mandi a un host cloud è trattato fuori dal telefono. Non inviare segreti che non puoi trasmettere. Per i file sensibili usa la modalità Mac locale.
L’etichetta App Store «Dati non raccolti» va allineata a questa informativa: il cloud è un trattamento.

Privacy policy
NIS2 Ready is a thin iOS client. You can point it at your Mac (data stays on that machine) or at a cloud backend you choose (HTTPS).
If you use the cloud, you send notes you paste about NIS2 scope, for a draft checklist. That data is processed only to produce the on-screen result.
What is not happening
- No advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs.
- No sale of personal data.
- No training of public models on your submissions as a product feature.
What you should assume
Anything you send to a cloud host is processed off-device. Do not submit secrets you cannot afford to transmit. Prefer the local Mac mode for sensitive files.
The App Store “Data Not Collected” label is being aligned with this policy: cloud use is processing.
